The Partner Marketing Concierge will work closely with our Partner Marketing team and the Partner Engagement Desk to provide marketing support to our partners.

Job Responsibilities

• Navigate and provide marketing support to our partners via our Avalara Partner Portal including but not limited to:

• Onboarding of partners onto the platform
• Campaign creation
• Content customization

• Lead management

• Triage and route marketing requests to appropriate Avalara team members
• Support Partner Management with ad-hoc in-scope marketing requests
• Optimize the Marketing Concierge model and make recommendations for continued enhancements.

Qualificações

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field of study.
• 2+ years of experience in a Partner Marketing role. Software skills including marketing automation and CRM and PRM platforms. Experience in Salesforce.
• Excellent organizational skills including prioritizing, scheduling, time management, and meeting deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; fluent in English (written and verbal)
• Motivated, self-starter.
• Must be comfortable working in an environment with many changeable demands and priorities, requiring scheduling flexibility, positive demeanor and a “can do” attitude.
