We’re looking for technologists to join our team. The majority of our clients are venture-backed startups at the growth stage. Most of our engagements are long-term and full-time lasting multiple years. With top-level technical leadership coming from well-known tech companies like Amazon, Microsoft, SpaceX, and similar you’ll be set up for success in a strong engineering team. We are a company made by engineers and for engineers. We will always give you honest feedback throughout the process, no matter the outcome, so you continue evolving as a professional. Once you submit the form, we'll review your application, and match you with the open and future positions. Here is our interview process: 1. Offline exercise. 2. 30 mins technical interview to assess skills, personality, and cultural fit, with feedback given after. 3. Interviews with the client (usually technical & cultural).
